new show . . . new experience!
Make it an annual Christmas tradition

About

The Yellowpoint Christmas Spectacular is a celebration of the meaning of Christmas as well as an extravaganza of music and dance, lights and decorations, laughter and tears, all washed down with mince pies and butter tarts!

The tradition of Christmas is already well established in Southern Vancouver Island with the Ladysmith Festival of Lights bringing thousands of people to the area every year. We see the Yellowpoint Christmas Spectacular as a perfect addition to this region's already burgeoning festive season.

Two weeks before Christmas, the Cedar Community Hall will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland with thousands of lights and decorations. 17 performances are marked on the calendar. A cast of 14 professional singers, dancers and musicians will have completed an intensive 10-day rehearsal period and will be ready to perform for up to 3,740 people.

This year's singing and dancing extravaganza includes a tribute to Abba, a nostalgic war set, swing dancing, a scene from White Christmas as well as many other classical hits and Christmas favorites.
